But if they ask gtts and mentioned glucose tolerance test. Then answer is glucose tolerance test. But in the video they have asked about the abbreviation of drops i.e, gtts.

Only in knee chest position the the rectum can be seen very clearly.
So the answer is knee-chest position.
Only when the natures deposition is contraindicated Sims position will be the second for rectal examination. But the best and first preferred position for rectal examination is knee-chest position.
