Lon! Thank you SO MUCH for making these videos available to the public. I've been watching and learning from them for the past several years, and they've been extremely helpful to me. :) My goal is to be a professional music artist/producer eventually, and I think most (or all) of these principles of communication are applicable to communicating with a musical audience, and building a fanbase. Temporarily, I've switched from class-A truck driving to being a Realtor, hoping to pay off my house within the next year so that I can do music full-time. The principles you teach are VERY applicable to real estate, too!!!
