I love your processes. I am wondering what your philosophy on using Alexander Technique is with young children. As most, I have only heard of using it with adults, so I am a bit fascinated!
musicianamanda I work on myself to be a good model for them in terms of my own use. I always remind them sit up tall, I let them rest between games, I give them hands on like wiggle massage and I don’t pressure them
just perfect for musical education ! I'm kintergarten teacher (we use the Kodály -method )... I find this combination of listening ,singing and movement just perfect to develop children's complex musical abilities .
