Authentic Italian meatballs have bread crumbs and egg and other ingredients and it does have a mushy or more tender consistency. I kinda prefer the carnivorous style i grew up with lol

For example, that chicken Parmesan sandwich could have been cut in four pieces with a knife and fork, and then distributed for everyone else to try. bro, you right down the street from my house…..I didnt watch this yet, but i ordered from that place the Short Rib Ragu & Grits. garbage! Not only was the portion small, there was tiny pieces of meat and couldnt tell what it was. for $20 i expected a full plate of grits and at least 2 intact short ribs,. The only time i ever did a bad comment on any restaurant.was for this place….now im going to watchit and see if they pai…i mean if you liked it lol
