Hi, thank you for that, it was a good summary. I am a Test manager new to Azure Devops, I am being asked how our project should be setup ie what columns we want on the boards.. My preference is to have the columns reflect the environments the work item is sitting eg SIT, UAT and Preprod. The project administrator does not agree. What columns would you suggest we have? The project team consists of devs, BA, solution architect and testers therefore the tasks would be associated to those roles. Further more the project is for an application that can be used via web or a mobile app, therefore the azure devops need to cater for both streams of work for the sake of consistency. Your thoughts will be much appreciated, thanking you in advance.
