I love all of your videos. I have watched every single one for the whole 4 years. I absolutely love all your content and your snarky comments. I am an anesthesia provider and have somewhat of a chemistry background but not as much as yours. I love the knowledge you bring to the table and I appreciate you more than you know. ❤
I love this series since I live in a very rural area and I love to experiment with stuff in my soaps and I go to the farmers market all the time. I hope to sell at one sometime.
Interesting regarding the final ph. Isn’t the ph of skin 5.5….so would make it a milder soap at ph of 8. Am I correct? Please send me a link for discord, you keep talking about it, and I have never been on there.
Lol nope. I used to do a lot of veggie gardening then my kids were younger, and I always had like 10 different tomato varieties, and changed them up every year. My favorite was the Brandywine.
First person to tell me the type of tomato wins! I dunno what you're winning, but you win!

That is for sure an Heirloom tomato. They are the absolute best!! I don’t like tomatoes much either but I LOVE these!!❤❤❤
Were you reading my mind ma'am...lol. I just made a Prune Soap! Waiting for saponification to complete!
Yeah they got that one Heirloom tomato for sure, beefsteak is a smoother tomato
I love this series...the chemistry breakdowns are so fascinating.
Happy Birthday Mrs!!
You're killing me... I want that tomato! It looks DELICIOUS!!!
It probably tasted amazing. 😂
Wow that's a cool looking tomato! Ketchup! lol
It made a beautiful soap. I love the orange! This is helpful, I was wondering about experimenting with lemon juice.
Poor Mr SoapandClay should have gotten a tomato of his own.
He would have regretted it.
Heirloom tomato.

Hey new here, there are orange tomatoes
❤
I suppose if you used hydrochloric acid instead of water for your lye solution...
It looks kind of like Campbell's tomato soup made with milk.
I thought the same thing!
I can’t eat raw tomatoes. They cause hives. I can have cooked tomatoes, but still get some heartburn, but that’s what Kaopectate is for. 😂
Haven’t thought about kaopectate in a minute my god
@@MrsSoapAndClay I like the vanilla flavor. 😂
AH HA!!! I think it’s arginine that I have issues with because coconut (and its derivatives) have a lot of arginine!
Omg did you just make an allergen connection?!? That’s so exciting!
@@MrsSoapAndClay I believe I did! 😁
Looks like a beefsteak tomato
Hey I got it right!
Heirloom
Looks like a zapotec or a constoluto
You’re just making those up. 😂
