이번 주 졸업 시즌에 맞춰, 예전부터 마음에 두었던 곡을 연주했습니다. ^^
20살 그때를 돌아보면 정말 복잡하고 많은 감정들이 교차하는 시기였던 것 같습니다. 성인이 되면 기쁠 줄만 알았는데, 그보다는 미래에 대한 막연한 두려움이나 불안감이 더 컸던 것 같습니다.
이맘때쯤 졸업하는 학원 학생들과 이야기를 나누다 보면, 제가 느꼈던 감정들과 크게 다르지 않음을 느낍니다.
그 당시에는 무엇이 맞고 틀린지, 어떤 선택을 해야 할지 고민도 많고 실수투성이였던 시기였지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 당시 살아왔던 20년보다 더 살아온 지금 생각해보면 그 시절이 인생에서 가장 자유롭고 가능성이 넘쳤던 순간이었다는 걸 깨닫습니다. 그리고 그때의 모든 감정들과 특별한 추억들이 쌓여 지금의 '나'를 만드는 소중한 성장의 과정이었음을 많은 분들이 공감하실 거라 생각합니다.
청춘이란 단어가 미래에 대한 두려움과 걱정, 그리고 도전이 있는 삶이라면, 지금을 살아가는 우리도 모두 청춘이 아닌가 생각합니다.
혹시 지금 새로운 일을 시작하시거나 어려운 결정을 앞두고 계신 분이라면, 힘차게 도전하시어 인생의 멋진 장면을 다시 만들어가시길 바랍니다.

This week, in line with the graduation season, I performed a song that I’ve had in mind for a long time. ^^
Looking back at when I was 20, it feels like a time when many complicated emotions crossed paths. I thought becoming an adult would make me happy, but instead, I felt a greater sense of vague fear and anxiety about the future.
When I talk to the students who are graduating around this time, I realize that their emotions are not so different from what I experienced.
At that time, I was full of confusion about what was right or wrong, which choices to make, and I made plenty of mistakes. But now, after more than 20 years of living, I realize that those days were the most free and full of possibilities in my life. All those emotions and precious memories from that time have become a valuable growth process that shaped who I am today, and I believe many people can relate to this.
If the word "youth" refers to a life filled with fear, worry, and challenges about the future, then I think all of us living in the present are also living our own youth.
If you are about to start something new or face a difficult decision, I hope you’ll challenge yourself with a youthful heart and create wonderful moments in your life.
In that sense, I believe those performing this song will also face many challenges! ^^
