Catching Snapping Turtles

This is a continuation of the last video. In the next episode, we'll show you how to clean and cook a turtle for a Turtle Sauce Piquante cookout.

In future videos, Uncle Daryl and Marsha will run lines for trout, run crab pots for blue crab and fish on the Bayou. These videos will also include cleaning, cooking and eating the various wildlife that has been used to sustain people for many centuries.
