I have datsun go plus 2019 model, I hv driven it around 4000 km in hilly areas of uttarakhand. It is awesome. Gave mileage of 18kpl without AC ,from dehradun ro kedarnath with 5 passengers including me + luggage in last row.
And with AC on during downhill drive again 18KMPL
Awesome car.
And it is very different car when u move on road.
No car can give a good mileage with AC on in a hilly terrain
And cabin noice is almost zero when windows closed. I cranked car by mistake when on red lights or in a traffic jam, thinking that car is off.

I am also having Datsun go plus.....We sit with 6 passengers with ac but still 23 kmpl per litre .......Nice car Datsun go plus and not very costly....It's top model t(o)is on - road 5.69 lakhs
Pickup and performance
My cousin has Go+ car. I drive it frequently. Nice car to drive. There were occasions, when car was fully loaded with almost 8 passengers along with luggage. I was astonished by engine performance. It was pulling like there are only 4 passengers. Simply awesome. Whereas fully loaded Maruti Eeco was lagging as compared to Go+. I own Eeco so I know. Go+ is really value for money.
Yes even I agree that crash test ratings of every new car is important before the car is launched.
i already used in dutsun go,now,4 yrs alredy, good condition in ingine, best of datsun go.

Did you know about the commercial tourist permit for renault triber the cost is 24900 rs (especially for a 1000 cc) for one year and for datsun go+ is only 2900 only (1200 cc), so your choice which one is better ?

Let me tell u something , datsun go+ is not a proper 7 seater where the last 2 seats are not for adults .... where as triber has 1litre which is not suitable for 7 person drive .... so dont go with number 7 seater .... try to opt out for 5 seater in same budget

If they had put in the Datsun GO+ HR12DE engine and the GO+ Air-conditioning unit into the Renault Triber the Triber would have been a super hit. Remember that Renault owns Nissan like Hyundai owns KIA. I took a test drive of the Triber and the engine and AC is very weak when compared to the Datsun GO+. In every other aspect the Triber is better than the GO+.

it comes with all new engine, more premium interiors, better ground clearance and mileage is also better than go plus.

Very informative I liked it over other channels. But, one ignorance I felt you did at the conclusion saying Renault triber is good and datsun redigo+ is good too. How both vehicles can be equally good when compared with eachother.

I will explain why I concluded as both are good, since go+ is approx *1.5 lakh cheaper , and also perform good on space and driving.
While triber's price is still unknown thus for now both are good, but here slight leverage to Triber.

Basic features like Steering mounted controls, indicators on ORVM, Height adjustable seats, LED taillights & DRL in headlights, fog lamps are missing even in the top model of Triber, even the middle row is not completely folding, I think it's a major drawback from Renault to do such foolishness in the name of cost-cutting, at least these features could be provided as an option on the top model for the customers who were waiting to buy such a great product but due to lack of features may end up looking for any other one as it's overpriced too as many cars offers much more features at a same price .. Plz suggest a solution...
