Love that drone footage! Damn that’s fast, can’t argue the Axis is one of the best commercial splitters on the market! Love splitting frozen wood. Stay safe and warm. Happy New years to you Allison, Kim and Lilly!👍TCT
Tony! It's only at 75% throttle. 100% is scary fast. I watched 765 Guys this morning. That little split fire vertical is the real deal too! Happy New Year buddy!
Love my Axis but the 2.0 looks even sweeter! Rachel will be on a trip with our son for his spring break. Hopefully I can make the trip still though. Won’t know till we get closer.
Old timer once told me burning wood makes you warm twice, once making it and once burning it. Making it with the saws and equipment we both have is almost cheating! Thanks Larry!
Hey Dan! I know. It's tough for me to make it to the 765 Guys and he's only an hour away let alone across country! So I get it. We'd love to see you, but you have several irons in the fire. We'll meet up one of these days!
Great video! I would like to try out an axis 2.0. Mine is one of the first ones. And it is my favourite splitter out of all my splitters. How are you liking that 24D. ?
Do you change from hydraulic fluid to automatic transmission fluid for the winter? I'm trying to figure out what I need to change since I will be producing over the winter for the first time.
Hi Bob! I just went out and measured because I wasn't 100% sure. Over all height from ground to top of cylinder is 100". From ground to top of table is 34". Stroke is completely adjustable 24" down to around 10" if you get the extended stop. The standard stop lets you adjust between 24" and 14" or so.
Really is hard to beat an Axis as a do all commercial splitter. I pulled my conveyor off recently for a little more mobility around the yard. Not sure I would order the next Axis with one as it just a bit short to justify the cost.
Really is hard to beat. I didn't order this one because I have the STK24. Without the attached conveyor it's lots easier to move about and really not needed if you use IBCs. JMO

You'd love it. I'm only running it at 1/2 to 3/4 throttle. Full throttle is scary fast. Hope you can make it! Won't be the same if you're not there!
I wanta see that new, little EM processor in action!
Hello Mike, you got one slick operation should have no problem keeping your warm😂👍🇺🇸

The Axis is a Great machine. Really like your drone footage. Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Thanks David!
Looking forward to April!
Oh yeah!
You got mad flying skills Mark… oh Mike😂 The splitter is pretty cool too👍👊👍
Lots of video games in my childhood probably contributes to that?? Thanks for watching Jerome.
@ 😂😂
Hey Mike , the drone footage was great . That new AXIS is a sweet machine for sure . See you in April 👍🏻🇺🇸🪵
Del!! Thanks man! See ya then!
Very cool fly in. I'm going to try my best to be there with at least one Allwood machine. Axis makes quick work of those large rounds!
Thanks Russ! Be awesome to see you there! I hope you can make it!
Good sorting as you split process 👍 Nice splitting 😊
Thanks Lyle. A little more laborious but worth it when it comes making bundles.
Merry Christmas and happy new year love your videos
Thank you Mr. Framer! We hope you had Merry Christmas and are looking forward to the new year!
Good one Mike. Great splitting. Big wood rounds.
Yes time is going fast.
Have a great day. 👋👋👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks Noel! The older I get the faster it moves...
That’s for sure Mike.
Wish i could make it, Mike. Between the office and my Mom and father in-laws, health, and even Bunyan, maybe a challenge this year.

@KNLFirewood : Someday I will make it. In the meantime, I will be there in spirit.

Come to the HFH25. I'm sure there will be at least one there! Love the 24D. New Axis is just the shinny new toy. More 24D videos coming!

No changing of fluids. I split year round.
