Client requested Preliminary Drawings and cost estimate for 4 bathrooms/showers and 1 laundry room. Design includes one handicap bathroom. All Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing per Lufkin City permit codes. Also designed for Inspection by ADA (American Disability Act). 2-80 gallon water heaters.
