I remember when I first completed this game it was a tuff one but after I completed it for the 3rd time I actually gave it a shot and did a speed run (before I knew it was called that) good times :) nice timing 😎 I had to edit cause I love that you added the GT2 finish theme! that was a great touch

Yeah I added the GT2 finish theme because I felt it was appropriate to use. I was also going to include music during the run as well. The song I was gonna use was the song called Glowl from Gran Turismo 3. However, the music was too loud and I couldn't quite get the audio and music balanced correctly.
I cant believe someone is out there devoting himself to finding ways to shorten the time in nailing this game. Big kudos to you and thanks for the nostalgia ride
You're welcome. One of the best ways to shorten your times in this game is to let the black minivan push you in the tunnels. You can actually gain lots of speed by doing this since your car is so slow unlike your enemies.
Yeah I doubt anybody will touch this record considering how flawless it was. If it weren't for the black minivan that spun me out at 2:15, I probably would have got a 2:48.
These were the kinds of games I played back when I didn’t know how to install and play offline single-player games😂❤. And this is one of the games I really remembered, just from the difficulty alone. When I learned they have Flashpoint for these games, I tried it again and realized just how easier it is to play right now.

Those black minivans were cheat codes, basically. Programmed to be cheats.
It's still a classic to this day.
