You know I watch many cookie decorators and I’ve been decorating for years and im still no where near this good. I know how hard it is to do these cookies and you definitely make it look very easy when I know it is not! You should have way more subs than what you do that’s for sure!

Her icing recipes and how to get the right consistency for what you're doing are on here just look at all the videos. Royal icing is what you're looking for. If the recipe isn't here then just Google royal icing.

Why do you sometimes do a line on the cookie? Example the chip handle.
I've heard that it is because when flooding long thin sections the icing can sometimes crater and settle unevenly. Adding a line in there and letting it crust a little before flooding can help to stabilize the area resulting in a more even flood.
It’s like adding a support system so the icing doesn’t collapse
