    Servings : 4 Servings
    Ingredients :
    Poha - 1 cup
    Curd - 4 tbsp
    Water - 1/2 cup
    Grated Carrot - 1/4 cup
    Capsicum - 1/4 cup
    Grated Ginger - 1 tsp
    Chopped Green chillies - 2
    Chopped Onion - 1
    Finely Chopped Coriander - 1/4 cup
    Grated Raw Potato - 1/2 cup
    Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
    Dhanajeeru Powder - 1 tsp
    Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
    Red Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp
    Salt as per taste
    Besan/Gram Flour - 1/4 cup or As required
    Oil - 1 tsp
    Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
    Asafoetida - 2 pinch
    Sesame/Til - 2 tsp
    Oil for frying
    Serve With Green Chutney and tomato Ketchup
