I have been seeing many videos of Coach Prime, and when they go get meals at your cafeteria, I must say all the meals being served look delicious. Keep up the Great Job, I am sure all students and Staff appreciate your expertise in cooking delicious meals.

I've been waiting on chef's highlight cause Chef been doin his thang! You know the food is good cause his spirit and the joy/passion he has for cooking and pleasing the players, staff and students says it all. Idk what that CU budget is like, but Chef definitely gives a $$$ restaurant experience.
Now, the day I see a southern spread w/smothered chicken, rice & gravy, baked macaroni & cheese, dressing, sweet potatoes, greens, etc., is the day I'm checkin in!
Didn't know who was behind the camera until I saw your interview on Reach the People, gotta watch all 3 channels to get the real scoop, keep it coming. What I love about this is that this gives Chef Carl the opportunity to show you he got skills and can take you from Gumbo to Sushi whenever he gets ready and if you keep playing with him he will drop the Grits on you ! Talk about the kitchen doing a complete 180. I hope Chef Solomon knows how important what they're doing in the kitchen is for recruiting. It has to help; it sure doesn't hurt. Also, I enjoy seeing what the players, coaches, and staff are eating.

@@SS-fb7zd Well, I'm just going by what everyone has been saying, which is that the kitchen completed changed their menu, and also went from two meals a day to three. I'm pretty sure they did more than add a few things. But I am curious how the meals were previously.
@@FansTake they may have added few things but top level athletes not eating the greasy salty fried mess from the south.I lived out west you can get grilled meat everywhere not down south if you eat out. Especially in black neighborhoods

Not to mention they have a nutritionist like most, if not all, D1 college programs have. Personally, I like what I see them eating. But yes, I know that in the west, particularly California, they are very health-conscious. I'd hope these athletes aren't only loading their plates up with greasy foods.

A culture of excellence means everyone associated with the program must excel. That happens with good leadership and passion, and respect to all. Coach Prime is rich and famous but we’ve all seen him show the love and respect for everyone in this program, from the janitors,to the cooks, to trainers. True excellence.

This was awesome Neeley. Thanks for giving Chef his props, because it’s not easy cooking for that many people and changing menus, but he did it. The staff is exceptional and really would love to see them get more praise. They are a very important part to the building of the football team. Chef is a team player and your interview captured that Neeley.
