No need to learn Chinese....use a small pocket translator device. example: You speak into the device in English it instantly repeats back what you said in Mandarin!! The cost for the device is under 90 dollars.

If they are not, meaning to are so reaching to the end source, which might be a good news for your cost budget, but it can be big risk that you are not able to get good communication(translator is not sufficient anymore when it comes to the production requirmenets stage), that you might get wrongly made production due to fault comminucation.--Experience from a manufacture in China+former workers in trading companies
