Origami Octopus Review Episode 03

Shortened review (see full length video here: • Origami Octopus Tutori... ) of the traditional origami octopus - a tutorial on how to fold an origami octopus, as well as tips and tricks to make it easier - and make sure to catch the bloopers at the end! :D
This is a model that I've had several people ask me about over the years. It's actually a really simple model to fold, but what makes it look so neat is what you do to finish its arms.
You should use origami paper for this model, anything thicker will bunch up and be harder to fold, shape, and inflate. I like color harmony paper that has a gradient of color - it makes them look more realistic and fun.

I love, love, love your changes to this Octopus design. The curled legs make a huge difference to the impact. I am having to supplement your tutorial with another, because you speed through some steps I’m not familiar with, such as the one around 4:20. Still, totally worth it. Thanks for sharing
