Yea I'm filipino and don't understand why they add liver. It taste so good til u get to the liver part and just ruins it. I always pick it out as a kid and even today.

@@TrueFoodEats I'm not saying liver isn't good. My wife is mediterean and the way they prepare is so good and I hate liver but cooked mediterean style in olive oil, lemon and their spices reduces that gainy taste. It's usually eaten with flat bread and its oh so good but in filipino food it's gross.
