Thanks so much for the tip on using a dowel to make cutting jump rings easier. I’m going to give that a try today. I’ve cut myself, so many times, I’ve got to try something different!
Dead soft is probably your best bet, this makes coiling the wire easy and it doesn't spring back. But it really depends on what your are using your jump rings for.

Yes I made one but the video was corrupted, maybe I will do another, I am not sure there are so many other videos of people making a Cuban link chain. As for the rolling mill no you do not need to have a rolling mill to make one just buy the size of wire you would like the bracelet to be made out of.
