5.5k/mo / 4 = 1375/mo, and $50/mo for the whole apartment to have gym access, seems like it could work. The 4x use would require some creative carpentry for a few k, but would probably be worth it. If there are occupancy limits in the lease, it may be only 3x I reckon. Remember how deep and high ceilinged that "living room" is.

Good value, this place, but what an HVAC! Central air, though (I don't understand why so many "new" apartments there don't have that). You're probably gonna pay up the wazoo for gas heating, though.
Cash is technically an influencer, and making fun of them. Love it! So many great jokes, this vid.

If somebody would offer me a job in New York, that would pay the rent for this apartment, I would move in: It's cool, it has character! The architect of the building had beauty AND functionality in mind. Love it!

It’s beautiful. It seems reasonable. I’ve seen similar pricing in Chicago, but no bridge!

One of the Best Values shown so far. $5395 in Dumbo, with 900 sq. ft. OH BOY ! Beautiful Kitchen, and the GYM is inexpensive for NYC.

I always find it entertaining to here Americans try and do an Australian accent (Steve Irwin) but end up mashing it with Cockney accent (lower class British)/South Africaan accent.

Cash says millionaires live in the building. A million dollar net worth isn't very much in Los Angeles and New York.
