Man these TH-cam gameplays really give off the idea of what games actually play like. Never in a million normal games would a team be able to fully 3 man stare into tree popping shots for that long without getting third partied immediately after the first volt shot went off.

G7 was already funky last season, that thing has some hidden mechanics, short to mid range it just lasers. Now with Rampage out being basically a beefed up G7 that you can even supercharge....wouldn't surprise me if the G7 was secretely buffed. I mean, if you ever played a wingman with a holoscope. You know how shots just miss for no reason, you had the guy who stood still for 5 seconds, in the middle of the dot, just body shot, not even head. and blam blam blam, no hits. Do that with a G7 and every shot connects. I'd really be interested in having a look at the algorythms and mechanics of all the weapons and what the ammo type really does.
Honestly the G7 having sniper stocks again is such a low-key buff. Like the handling just feels so much better with that sniper stock. Maybe it's just me but it almost feels like it helps reduce the bounciness of it when shooting rapidly too.
I am planning to solo queue or maybe due queue to demanding for the first time in my life. Any tips or some things. I also have a question about landing location until I reach diamond and the games get tougher where should I land can I land kina hot to get RP? and in higher ranks like plat and diamond I am seeing you having so much loot that means should I land far or not contested and pack up loot and then find teams to get RP? Love to help it's my first time trying to be this good
Solo is kinda rough in diamond. If you are playing solo and it's obvious your teammates are playing in a pre-made squad, it's definitely better to just adjust to their playstyle even if it's a bad one for consistent RP. Landing late seems like the safer choice but often it's actually heavily contested. If there are a lot of teams just trying to loot up, by the end of the flight path there are fewer options for a good amount of teams. Keep an eye on how many people are in the drop ship, maybe turn your camera around so you can see where people are going, and if a lot of people are still in the ship you can just hop and fly to a location that isn't contested. If a lot of people hop early then you can wait a bit to find an uncontested spot. It's just so much more consistent to land and loot up in diamond as dying off spawn is a hefty 48 RP loss. A win with max KP is 202 so a 48 loss off drop hurts your progress a lot. I wouldn't suggest solo in diamond though; a lot of people are just hard stuck Diamond 4 and don't know how to adjust from Platinum lobbies, if you get those players on your team you're sort of doomed. Find a solid duo who has your playstyle and you can climb with them. I don't even bother playing diamond solo; it's possible to gain RP of course but it's just frustrating to have bad teammates when the loss is so big. Good luck out there!

The G7 is such a good early game gun when you have a gray bag and only 1-2 stacks of light. ANY scope works on the gun. You pair it with a PK or an EVA and you're good to go.
