- राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के प्रमुख मोहन भागवत ने हाल ही में एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान कहा था कि एक साल से मणिपुर शांति की राह देख रहा है. पिछले साल मई से मणिपुर जातीय हिंसा की चपेट में है. विपक्ष भी सरकार को इस मुद्दे पर घेरता रहा है.
कांग्रेस ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मणिपुर न जाने का मुद्दा भी उठाया है. इसके बावजूद आरएसएस प्रमुख की इस टिप्पणी के कई अर्थ लगाए जा रहे हैं. गुरुवार को राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) की राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी के सदस्य इंद्रेश कुमार ने भारतीय जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी) को अहंकारी बताया.

Being a RSS Karyakarta, I'm always with Modi ji and the Team leading the nation towards development, but as a whole BJP has made a lot of adjustment politics and all the core leaders of BjP in regional politics are depending completely on the modi magic and never showcased themselves as the strong leader carrying the same ideology, due to which we are blindly voting any candidate that's standing in BPJ just for Modi ji, these local leaders never made an efforts to win the trust of people with their work or ideology. Never stood when local Karyakartas were butchered by peaceful nor did they say anything when ground root problems arised. Due to all this the RSS Karyakartas themselves are in dilemma that if this constant support to win bjp and they never care for the Karyakartas...then why should we elect a useless corrupt team of local leaders. So this time we never went campaigning to ask people to vote for BJP which we always do on our own interest. By the way I'm from Bangalore.
