A true legend who was a gorgeous angel that for a very short time graced and touched our hearts and souls w/his captivating presence who also mesmerized everyone w/his sweetness and kindness ...he will forever be remembered and forever be missed....
I remember him from the 80's, he would of been a big star today with those rugged good looks and that deep voice he had, such a tragic end at the age of 27.
Even tho i was a child when he was replaced by the also gorgeous Tony Hamilton (RIP) in "Cover Up", i understood what a tragedy it was that such an angelic and beautiful guy left this world so suddenly with such a promising career ahead of him. His death will forever haunt my life along with Brandon Lee's. RIP, beautiful one.
KNEW HIM AT SCHOOL MSU VERY NICE GUY WAS SORRY TO HEAR HE HAD MEET THAT FATE BACK IN THE 80'S. WE ARE ALL OLD NOW IN OUR 50'S HE WOULD BE A REAL BIG STAR NOW HAD THE LORD LET HIM LIVE. WE OFTEN CROSS PATHS IN THE STORE OUTSIDE CAMPUS AND HE WOULD PLAY WITH MY SON. HE IS A ANGLE NOW. REST IN PEACE.

Por lo que me pude informar, no se mató jugando a la ruleta rusa como se dijo en su momento. Fue un accidente laboral ya que pensaba que el arma cargada con balas de fogueo era inofensiva y al colocarla en la sien, los casquillos le perforaron el cráneo y murió tras pasar varios días en coma.
Suena mas logico lo que tu dices q una ruleta rusa.. pero igual fue un poco iluso al manipular un arma de fogueo.. no se , debe haber sido un desliz.. lo sentimos mucho cuando al tiempo me entere y lo reemplazaron por el otro muchacho..

El 12 de octubre de 1984, mientras se filmaban escenas para Cover Up, Hexum se auto-infligió accidentalmente una herida mortal cuando disparó sobre su sien una pistola Mágnum 44 cargada con balas de fogueo. Aunque los proyectiles sólo hacían un efecto de disparo, Hexum fue imprudente al poner el arma muy cerca de la cabeza: la carcasa de la bala le fracturó el cráneo y algunos fragmentos óseos le dañaron el cerebro. Antes de jalar el gatillo sonrió y dijo lo siguiente: "Let's see if I get my self with this on". Y disparo, Hexum gritó y cayó al suelo dicen los testigos. Hexum murió el 18 de octubre en el hospital Medical Center de Beverly Hills, tras varios días en coma.
