I had the same feeling Simone had before. I was just cold, I wore my heavy winter jacket to most of my classes and I ended up falling asleep in one of them. I was fine the day before. But I was sent to the nurse and proceeded to sleep heavily until my mom came to pick me up. I ended up having the flu that same day and don't know how I got it

Simone didn't even look like she was faking. She looks dehydrated, and in the middle of a panic attack. Her voice was weak and shaky,I saw her hands shaking. Those women on her team being rude to her just made her feel worse. I know what its like to not feel well and be accused of faking it, it really hurts you and makes you hesitate to reach out for help later in life when you need it. Even if she was faking, they should've reacted better and stayed calm.
Simone probably didn't eat very well because my dad and I have the same thing happen to us when we don't eat very well.

When I had work experience in Year 10 at a catering company, making food for companies, events, etc, one of the two adults working alongside me cut her thumb tip clean off.I saw her literally chuck part of her thumb in the bin and her trying to cover it.And she was calm about it.This man cut it and is acting like he sliced his finger clean off.

Those blades are very sharp, so that cut could've been pretty deep and severe. The body also reacts to this kind of sudden blood loss in various ways, such as by fainting. From personal experience I've suffer a similar cut that seemed minor yet for me I could barely stand within seconds. So yeah better be safe than sorry and just have a few people help him out in case he drops like a bag of bricks.

My wife severed half her finger on a table saw, I drove her to the hospital, ambulance took her to a city hospital where they stitched it back on...I drove down there two days later and picked her up. Finger is fine now.
