So basically my AU relies on this : Tengen needs to merge every 400 years or so. That's why six eyes users are uncommon. At the same time a six eyes user is born, a star plasma vessel is born too. Since Gojo and Riko (the star plasma vessel) both died, the merging didn't happen. Fate made is so another star plasma vessel and six eyes user is born just a couple years later to complete the fail merger and secure the world. Since Tengen is like really important 🙂 (Does it even make sense 😭)
