Great vlogg-Fordy carnage at the end of PR, definitely going to do PIED in 2024 now having seen this Parkrun near Colchester. Tbf kudos to Zoe banged out a tidy 10k at Victoria Park the next day after doing muddy hilly Parkrun kn the Sat-Boomshanka!
