Small glitches do happen. Like NPCs phasing outta their cars when driving off. Constantly taking dmg under a car to death when there's supposed to be just small dmg and knockback so your character doesn't flatline. Enemy animations still ongoing despite already being "knocked out" not dead.

That one got me too. Sad but true. This should not of even been released on the old consoles. They should of pushed it for a Jan 2021 release and never for the older consoles. That's what REALLY did them in. I play on PC and haven't had hardly any of the problems the PS4 and XBOX consoles suffered. They should of stuck to their guns and said NO last gen consoles! Could of saved them the lawsuits and all the damage to their rep.
Bethesda survived all the criticism, CDPR can too. They are better than this, but the powers at the top are what ultimately fucked them as they tried to develop 7 different versions of the game to sell on everything... sometimes you just need to focus on what is doable, rather than forcing it on consoles that couldn't hack playing this game.

I have it on Xbox One X and while I've encountered some frame drops it thankfully hasn't had a ton of pop in or screen tearing issues yet- although I'd say it's at its worst when I'm driving

Yeah bugs in this game is funny and hilarious, as long as is not a game breaking bug which prevents from progressing through the story. I think they had similar issue during the Witcher 3 launch, but then they manage to pull it of, give them time to polish the game, but I agree with most of the critics they should have not launch the game at that state for console. It's a bummer. As for me, I might be on the minority section, gotta admit when playing on pc, I enjoyed the Story, Character Development and the world environment.
