The singer on the beginning of the song is Kayn. In the game he has a darkin (like a demon) named rhasst, inside him that fights for control of his body. So basically the one singing is rhaast, hence the deep voice.

Very fun fact: kayn's voice is layered. Rhaast is the dominant low voice, but you can hear kayn in the background as well!
Who thought we would be watching a League of Legends mv… It’s so good!! I love the lyrics, the mixing of voices are great and, of course, Baekhyun is the absolute most perfect choice for Ezreal!! I am SO PROUD of Baekhyun 🥰 he must be so happy right now.

Since you commented on the lyrics so much, thought id share: theyre not just bars, but actually play upon the characters' lore as well. Obviously the big man sett is all about fighting and fists, but the first guy kayn, his entire backstory is all about duality, fighting over control of his body with the demon rhaast. So "Two sides to a story but they never tell my side" hits even harder, as well as the "grew up in the shadows" line because if kayn takes control of his body instead of rhaast in your game, he becomes a shadow assassin.
I had this on repeat since it premiered yesterday and I was just waiting for your reaction! Baekhyun slayed this song! His part is all over tiktok now and it makes me so happy that his voice gets to reach so many more people than before!
yea so the character in the beginning basically has a demon inside him in the game and in this world it's supposed to be like an alter ego so thats why it's so deep
Kayn also has an ability that actually lets him move outside of the map you play in. Quite literally the guy that doesnt stay inside the guidelines 😂

The reason the first guy (Kayn) voice doesn’t “match” necessarily is because in the lore of the game Kayn is possessed by a darkin aka a demonoid creature which is taking over his body changing his voice as well

This is the second LOL track that I've heard and loved (the first being Jackson's Fire to the Fuse). I loved the lyrics and the vocal tones in thia song. My LOL knowledge is minimal at best, but I still throughly enjoyed this song as it's on my playlist as well.
Been listening to this on repeat, it's definitely growing on me

I'm not a LoL player but I love watching their music videos cuz man are they cinematic and cool 😂 Baek sounded so good on this song he really fit in well. oh also NewJeans just came out with a song for them as well called GODS which I highly recommended listening to ^^

Hi Anitra! Long time no see! It's been a while since I watched your videos, ever since I left the city and lived with my father in province. I really know how you feel sis. I'm not into any mobile or pc games ever since I stop playing as a kid and only first listen this song because of Baekhyun. But dmnnnn!!! I was so shock hearing Cal Scruby's deep voice, and I know I will not be disappointed. Then Baekhyun slay his part, Tobi Lou and ØZI's part too are soo good. Now I'm planning to listen to their songs. And the lyrics! I love it. It reminds me of what EXO and other artist felt in the limelight. "Everybody hating ever since you got more." Is so true.

sorry if this is a repetitive comment! just wanted to make sure i explained since i didn't see anyone do so yet when i scrolled (?). kayn was who you heard first (cal scruby). i'm sure you know he battles for control with a demon-esque entity named rhaast which was the deep voice you heard, but it's layered with kayn's own voice. ezreal was baekhyun, the one with green hair as you can hear. sett is the one with the cat ears on his hat in the boxing ring, that was øzi. k'sante is the black guy, voice belongs to tobi lou (and he's the one harmonizing with baekhyun in the chorus), he's who sings in the bridge. yone is the one with the ponytail, he's a silent member. aphelios is the last character, also a silent member, who is wearing the face mask
I remembered that Ozi was at the MetaMoon festival we went to last year and I really enjoyed his voice and performance there. So we’ve seen him perform before, I thought that was cool 😊

First guy's voice actually belongs to his scythe demon "Rhaast" but in this popstar universe Rhaast is an alter ego. Just think of him like he's Felix from Straykids.

I mean it's obvious that Heartsteel is the boy band equivalent of K/DA but they also reflect the Indie nature of the group since it's not as polished as K/DA. It was intentional to make them look and sounds natural.
Baekhyun really hit off on that Chorus damn. But I’mma sad they didn’t give him the high note he deserved and would have nailed it. But other than that the MV is so entertaining and insane, the vocal of course is amazing and the rap parts equally good.
