Not being from Richmond or anywhere near London some of the local references went over me head, but a fantastic pantomime with a talented cast including Pete Firman and Maureen Lipman topping the bill. Joint by Ben Stock, Luke McCall, Jason Leigh Winter, Cherece Richards. A full review of the pantomime will be uploaded shortly. Crossroads classic routines are in the show with the trunk of truth and tongue twister, both performed too perfection... Well almost with the tongue twisters!
Firman playing silly billy has three fantastic magic routines in the show, combine this with his natural comic timing and warmth throughout makes for a perfect comedy lead. Maureen also drives the show alongside Ben Stock both doing a fantastic job making audiences laugh, That's what pantomimes about. There's no big wow moment in terms of special effects nor is the set anything special, but it isn't one of crossroads biggest venues.
