Despite the dolls having molded on tops I’m really happy that they gave Rapunzel a longer hair on this one because when I was younger I was obsessed with Rapunzel and I was one of them to have her with long hair because the hair that I was given was just underneath her butt, this is what I always wanted with Rapunzel her being movie accurate with the hair because that’s a big thing about Rapunzel
As a doll collector myself, I do not like molded-on clothing because it makes it very hard (if not impossible) to redress the dolls. As for Rapunzel, I like her face sculpt, but not the molded-on top. I hate it when doll companies do that to their budget dolls. Also, I like the fact that the length of her hair is more movie accurate. The Rapunzel doll I have has her hair down to just below her butt. I’d like a Rapunzel doll with much longer hair and more articulation
That's a lot of Hair! Finally a Dream come true for Hasbro of producing Rapunzel 👑 with very LONGER and fuller thicker touch hair. In person, the length and amount of her hair is insanely thick which you cannot get over squeezing how thick and soft the actual strand of hair is!
@@mypenguins260 not really. They don't know why I'm shopping in the doll section, whether it's for me, or for my niece, or for something else. And even if they do give weird looks, I probably don't notice because I've decided I don't care what they think. They aren't paying my bills, so they can keep their opinions to themselves.
I think the dolls quality is ok ish but for the price compared to the normal Hasbro dolls they couldn't made the hair at least quite longer even though she has long hair already
Hi Chad Marvelous i saw the animated movie of Rapunzel but i am not sure there is a squirrel i probably would ask you Which is your favorite character of the movie ? But because i kinda know you you are going to say Rapunzel greetings
I'm not sure. I haven't boiled washed this hair yet. I would assume so, but it's always best to try a test strand towards the back of the head or in a place that's not as noticeable just in case
@@shipguy8318 most of the Hasbro dolls use the cheap polypropylene or acetate hair fibers, but not all of them. Some of the dolls, like Ariel Little mermaid dolls, tend to have slightly better hair quality (maybe nylon?). I think out of all of the heat treatments you can do for doll hair, boil washing is the safest, but still not every doll hair type reacts the same to boil wash. I don't have experience boil washing Hasbro dolls hair, so I don't know how it will react.
I do love hanging out with you and watching your reviews and Doll huntings and any family videos and any other ideas that you have

I love this Rapunzel doll review and did you know did you know Rapunzel's the cousin of Elsa and Anna🤗
Totally!! If I'm going to buy a Rapunzel doll it better have long hair ...! :D

I would really appreciate the comparison with the disney store version.
Hi Chad Marvelous I love this Doll
I am saving up to buy some dolls in September, off of Amazon, so far I've saved a bit, but not enough to cover shipping.
I love watching your videos, Chad💕
you could probably change the body with an ever after high body, then use some of the old rapunzel clothes for her.
That's actually good idea! I still haven't done a body swap for this doll yet, maybe I'll give that a try and see if I like the proportions. Thanks!
I have the same doll I have a few of them
I actually want to get this one to use the head on the Wreck It Ralph Rapunzel body.
Ooh, that's a good idea!

i know this sounds criminal but maybe chop off the ends alittle but make sure it doesnt turn brown (btw i was the person on your live stream)
You could give her a made to move body
I might do that if I can find a good skin tone match
@@ChadMarvelous the purple top Made to move is the most similar skin tone of rapunzel's skin

Why did you take the last auto and tonzel dolls? I will want one. Can you shut the one I deserve?
I love rapunzel tomorrow i,mI, taking my grand son to the dollar store and i,I, buying him a rapunzel doll.
That is awesome! I love finding dolls at the thrift store and then cleaning them up to add to my collection

😊😊
its $40 in my country..
Is the hair good for brushing
Meh, it's ok, but it's not the best quality. I'd be careful if you do because the ends might get frizzy if you brush it too much
Is it ok to boilwash it after her hair gets so frizzy
