As a camera trapper myself, I found this talk so interesting and appreciate all the work and effort that goes into capturing the wonderful images that Jonny has captured over the years. Thanks so much sharing.

I just built 3 of my own camera traps. This was so informative, interesting and motivating. Thanks for uploading.

Not so unique your skills ;-), I have exactly the same, only difference that I'm in Europe where the subject are less versatile. Build my own sensors, camera traps, set up the outdoor studio, use of smells ,-)
BTW: SB25, SB80DX work as well. Ithink the SB26 is also working, I'm still testing.

How did your testing witht he SB26 work out? I have a couple layng around and have considered using them. Whats the wake up like? I'm using V3 camtraptions rig with SB28s but have been thinking of setting out a 2nd unit using the 26s. Cheers J

@@Ready4itJH Yes, the SB26 and also the SB24 works. However, I never tested how long these flashes can be on standby with a fresh set of batteries. The SB28 makes about 2-3 months, depending on how many shots were fired during that time.
