Of course, it would most unfortunate if the Browns were no longer playing downtown, along the lake, but Brookpark is only 10mil SW and it is not the end of the world. Haslam is not breaking his lease. Art Modell Did infact break his lease agreement and moved the team 400mi away. What Modell did was egregious. Haslam knows the history here and is smart enough to avoid anything that would create a PR nightmare. I don't think that the Art Modell rule applies here because Modell broke his lease & moved the team, although I thoroughly understand why fans are upset.
