Funny thing is, i got the same exact team today like armor (the first classic duel team)
Day 1 for him to bring his cat with him to play ml
Having roost waine + Taunt must be the best thing in this mode. He literally has a counter to every single denial the enemy throws at you, heck you won't even need any deniers, if your attacker gets controlled, you have itc, if your attacker gets a bunch of dots, you have torture immunity, if your attacker gets cda'd you have cdda skill as well. And not to mention he has dodge area so with taunt, its guaranteed that he will always answer whatever the enemy throws at you.
Ps: Someone mentioned fractbot being a hindrance, but i forgot the "wake up" skill has cdda + stamina regen as well.. Just a reminder that no denial can stop yer monsters with this dude

@@usuarioanonimo2114 Oh you must not be reading the skills to well huh. Cdda skill also comes with stamina regen, and pierce monsters in live duels do not start with pierce so yeah...
With the exception of dratis, but tbh, I haven't seen any pierce monster otk anyone on this mode, the stats and runes are pretty balanced so i don't see it happening.. Maybe if the monster has an elemental advantage, but overall, without any damage buffs, no monster can otk in this mode believe me, I've played it too many times😉
Plus pierce monsters aren't really that fast, I know I mentioned that I don't need any deniers, but if you're gonna bring pierce up, i might just have to bring a denier myself. Overkill right?
@@squashedmolina21 i know that Roost's CDD comes with stamina regeneration but still, you just recover a 20% of your stamina and most of the attacks of the cosmic are quite expensive (more in few than others).

I just can’t get enough of those classic duels.
Thanks for the video these live duels are my favorite part of monster Legends. Also before the changes in live duels as soon as you lost one battle it was over now we are allowed one defeat before being eliminated meaning once you lose that is the one defeat and if you lose another than you are disqualified I hope that helps clear things up.

Hey Armor. So before the duel changes, on the classic duels if you lost once, you would be disqualified. But now, you can lose once before being disqualified, whic means you're disqualified at 2 loses

also what they mean about the losses is that you can take 1 loss and still play, rather than before when 1 loss ended the game completely
It kinda sucks because it’s rng now... they should add warmups or allow you to choose your monsters

Armor my classic diels team was Rhinata,Dratis and Calamedic while my Grand Duels Team was Cyrocrawler,Steamwrath and Rusalka and won them both with those teams. I hope you do grand duels soon

They mean you are "allowed one defeat" as in you can lose once and keep trying
Armor what they mean with 1 defeat allowed was before change it you lsoe once your out now you can lose once and still play by second loss you out that's why they say you now aloud one defeat

I think that some of the best monsters for classic dules include Deniers: L1ght, Master masher and Ophiuchus the Zodiac. Attackers: Roboelf, Kraster and LIghtmare. Support: Roost waine, Noahryan, Dreamer and Lupond. Tanks: anyone with taunt.

It is a kind of tank/attacker (something like Hyperia) but i don't know why they give him full life runes.
