This was an edutainment series by those who made Home Movies, Dr Katz etc. this was for classroom use and wasn’t a “game”, more so an interactive activity/educational show! I’m glad you all liked seeing it. I am trying to contact some of the team behind it too!

The art style and the way it's animated makes it look like a strange blend of Arthur and Dr. Katz: Professional Therapist. The latter specifically for the jagged lines in each frame.

The Fizz and Martina game looks shockingly reminiscent of the Home Movies cartoon from Adult Swim! Never knew Soup2Nuts made so many other animations and in addition to that games! It's really interesting seeing other projects they have been involved in though!
I think I know what's wrong with the music in Chronicle of Ekan. It's supposed to be MIDI format, but I'll bet that emulation of Mac OS doesn't have the MIDI wavetable instruments installed, so it's trying to play the music without any sort of soundfont. I remember hearing those exact plinking and plonking noises on an old Mac of mine, and the missing wavetable file/extension/etc was the reason for it.
Of the Humongous Entertainment characters, I've always found Spyfox to be my least favorite. I think it's the flat delivery of his lines and his speech pattern that bug me. I get that his character is supposed to be a super spy who stays cool under pressure, but I think he could have been given some level of personality. Also his flat line delivery makes the puns more grating than funny.

Back in MSN messenger times, I'd have given anything to go into the world of Mario 64, or Final Fantasy 7, because back then those worlds felt so big. This game perfectly demonstrated a lot of kids desires to escape into a virtual world back then. Especially accurate, the worlds are so small but felt so big to us.

Man Ferazels Wand was one of the most interesting games on my grandparents Mac back in the day. I completely forgot it existed but the moment I saw that main menu, even through the crust, it all came flooding back.
