EASY Way To Learn BUTTERFLY TWIST (via misleg btwist) - Tricking Tutorial
Butterfly twist (aka Btwist) is something I struggled through for the longest time. Luckily after figuring it out, it became an easy trick for me to do. If you're looking to learn how to Btwist, hopefully the tips in this tutorial can help you get the move down. This technique (via misleg btwist) isn't commonly taught, but it's what allowed me to understand the move properly. Actually i landed btwist using bkick and spin and attempts..then i got ankle joint injuries,so i couldn't train but now i totally forgot that timing that motion for the spin and the twist and the kick..it feels so weird when i do..i trigger the spin.....i will apply this method because i did drill alot of walkover or grounded twist..but i can't apply that in btwist
