    I’m going to sound insane, but I have been getting so many signs recently to move to Massachusetts! As someone who has lived in Louisiana all her life, I have never thought about Mass before, but I stumbled across your video and it was really informative so thank you!!

    Hey Lynda great video! Is there frequent power outages in Massachusetts during the harsh winter months? Also have you noticed more people going solar in Worcester or in your local neighborhoods? And what are the average utility bills in Worcester?

    • @LyndaHafnerRealtor
      @LyndaHafnerRealtor  ปีที่แล้ว

      Power outages are common in big snowstorms or wind storm storms but I’d say maybe 3xs a year we lose it and when we do it’s not usually for long . Solar is not huge here , lots of issues with that long term. I don’t think there is an average utility bill in Worcester. It really depends on the size of your home. And the number of people that live there . Could be anywhere from 250-750 per month depending on use and people . Hope that helps. Are you considering moving to this area ?

    Am I crazy to wish for a multi family I can live in? I have a low budget of $350k… I can only see myself putting $50-70k into it after that. I’d prefer central MA but western is fine. School district is actually really important to us which makes it extra hard with that kind of budget. Is this an impossible dream?
    I love your videos btw- your so cute I wish you were my aunt 🥰 probably looking to move I 4-6 months.

      Hi Marya! No you are not crazy! A 3 family is a smart investment and could be possible. There are a few tips and strategies I would give you that might help you accomplish those goals in that price range . Text me at 508-942-7923 and I’d be happy to help you prepare 🥰 thanks so much for the nice compliments too! Means a lot 😍

    Is Massachusetts colder than Finland?

    • @LyndaHafnerRealtor
      @LyndaHafnerRealtor  ปีที่แล้ว

      I don’t know how cold Finland is so it’s hard to answer the coldest months are Jan and feb. Jan ranges from 17-32 degrees and feb Franger 19-34 averages. What are Finland temperatures?

      @@LyndaHafnerRealtor Puerto Rico, also horrible road rage but i. Puerto Rico is not the same because you can easily get shot for road rage. In MA people seem to do this normally because they can get away with it.
