I feel sorry for the baby. In my understanding, female children are treated as second rate. I could be wrong, but that is what I have heard. I've heard only boys matter and count in the line of succession.
Is that wise that so family members hold a newborn, so soon after she was born. I thought you had to wait a few weeks for her immune system to build up.
