  • ** Please 1080 if you can guys, it'll change the lens you view from so much, I swear it'll be worth it. ;) **
    So I'm a little -- a lot -- obsessed with this makeshift little family that Doc Holliday has made with the descendants of his estranged 'brother', and the way his story has progressed with both of them and Doc Holliday is the father Waverly always deserved and didn't have and just... gah, is there such a thing as a OTFamily? 'Cause if not, there needs to be and this is mine.
    The sound runs a little low, so I definitely recommend headphones here and highest volume settings. Also, I'm sorry for random black lines during text shots. I cannot for the life of me figure it out and I'm done trying.
    Thanks guys, enjoy. :)

      Nicolle Caicedo Most certainly not, my friend. Doc Holliday is the father Waverly deserved and was denied and I will die by that opinion. Thanks so much for the comment. ❤️

      @@elsym864 I would totally call Doc waverly´s father figure, but then he is doing her sister (and wynonna already her real father LOL) so I would say that Doc is like the big brother/brother in law very fond and protective of Waves, when he called her BABY GIRL...I DIED!!!

      maga Encina This is so ridiculously true and I have half a mind to redo this video concept simply for the purpose of adding the babygirl scene -- that absolutely split me up, so incredibly raw. (And now that I think about it, the garden + I am a weapon' scenes too.) Doc & Waves are criminally underrated.

      Nope. She's kind of the modern Wyatt even if she isn't biologically an Earp. And by that I mean, she consistently worries over Doc as much as she calls him on his BS when he really needs it.

      maga Encina The Holy Trinity of this show is the perfect way to describe them and I might use that as a fanfic tag one day if you'd allow. Just perfect. :)

    Can you make more Wyn related vids, like one for Wyndoc?

      Hi, I'm actually planning a Wynonna vid to K. Flay's 'Giver' at the moment, but unfortunately I had to switch editing softwares, so I'm still in subclip mode, but should be out within a month or so. Thanks for inquiring. :) -- and I'm totally down to do a Wydoc, love them, but that might take a bit longer.

      Btw what did you think of wydoc in s3?

    • @elsym864
      @elsym864  6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@Devinwifi I'm sorry, friend, for late reply -- It's been a long weekend. So, Wydoc in S3 ... I am incredibly conflicted. So, positives: I really enjoyed the highlight they put on the tensions and borderline - resentment post losing Alice. I'm still in awe of that scene in the bar basement when they're flirting only to accidentally uncover the crib Doc made. That scene was flawless, writing and acting. The beginning and most of the middle of the season for Wydoc was great -- it was the culmination of the vampire stuff that really let me down.
      My appreciation for vampires in media is an incredibly thin line. As in the beginning half of TVD is still one of my favorite things, Carmilla is a gem, but I could fill a Roman bath with problems I have with True Blood and Twilight. And I really disliked not only the lore and storytelling of vampires in WE, I also hated what it did to Doc. His actions and how he reacted to circumstance -- even the ones painted as uncontrollable -- made very little sense.
      All in all, I liked that they focused so much on the flaws of the characters and their fucked communication, and the fallout of losing Alice was beautifully terrible, but the vampire storyline tarnished my view of Doc's authenticity as a character and that bled into the relationship too.
      I can only hope we get back to brass tacks with Doc's character while he and Waves are stuck in the garden, because my OTFamily should always prevail.

      @@elsym864 Agreed. I'm hoping that once Doc redeems himself next season, he and Wyn can get back together
