I've created the articles listing component 3 separate times but anytime I try to switch between the 4 categories (all articles included), the variants switch but the selected button effect isn't shown, only the hover button effect. BTW for the "blog category switcher" component, you didn't do or show the click interaction from hover to selected.
Somehow I thought this would be archieved with conditionals but you can always rely on components alone jeje Saved my junior life, thank you for your content!!!
Great tutorial. I tried this method but when I select the categories, It doesn't show the selected state. The hover option works & even the filtered categories but when I click to select a category it doesn't change its colour. How can I correct it?. thanks
Nice explanation, thank you for sharing ☺ just I wanted to ask which tool or software do you use to record screen and give side camera effect in recording?
Thank you for this tutorial!! I’m facing in issue in the article listing when I run the prototype and click on categories the selected category does not get highlighted I’m not sure what the issue is… can you suggest what might the issue be….but otherwise it is running perfectly
And if I don't have to have a label (category) in the card, how should I connect the switch button with the card content? Should I still make a label (category), but then hide it?
Thank you for this tutorial, what if we select several filter options? for example on a product page, we want to filter the product by price, size, color, etc.
In Figma, this would be quite tedious to set up. As far as I know this would mean creating every single combination and then setting up the prototype so that you can move across these combinations
Thanks for sharing! I followed every step in my project and the results are amazing! I just have one question, in some categories, I have more elements (cards) than in others, so I was wondering if there's is any chance to make responsive my frame or canvass in a way that while I'm running my prototype there's no blank space in the categories with fewer elements.
i think that's when auto-layout comes into play, in the component section for the categories with less cards you can simply hide the ones that aren't on that category and if you auto-layout them previously then they would cleanly rearrange themselves, for this type of arrangement use the "wrap" feature in auto-layout though.
Hi. Nice tutorial. I tried it and updated my images but everytime when i switch the variant to a different category, my contents' images doesnt change. Do you know what could be the issue?

What about the text? when I prototype my articles the headlines follow the text's from default
And if I don't have to have a label (category) in the card, how should I connect the switch button with the card content? Should I still make a label (category), but then hide it?
What if the tags section is long and can be horizontal scrollable? Can I do it in the same way?
