Now if you obviously wanted to make other combinations like double chocolate chip muffins you would simply just need to add chocolate chips and some chocolate cocoa powder to taste. With regards to the coffee and walnut muffins, just boil water and then put instant coffee granules mix it up and then measure it out according to the recipe and leave it to cool down before mixing it into the ingredients if that makes sense and then instead of the blueberries just add the walnuts, into it breaking them up. You can definitely mix and match, but the bulk of the recipe is the same. Xx
