Sandy Vlog #8 One on one training with the Little Guy!

Our Technical Director for One Knox SC, Gui Henry has opened up my eyes to the importance of coordination. In order to get more proficient on how to teach and educate coordination, I put Julian through some drills and hopes to get better balance and movement. I can see smalls wins each time he performed a drill and that was great for his confidence and overall performance. Lots of work to do but persistence is key!
