PURE analog NTSC video with a 60hz refresh rate on an O.K. aged VHS tape, also with that nostalgic fuzzy picture and buzzing. But HEY! if you’re born in the 70s and in 1985, you will see NO artifacts at ALL! Then DVD came along & it gave a FULL digital picture. If you were in 2010, and you were playing a VHS tape on an LCD TV, you can see the artefacts on VHS. But Blu-ray is in HD. By the way, I have two VHS tapes and I’m trying to get a VCR.

Hmm...sounds like 16mm film telecined to cheap videotape.
16mm film was often known for low quality picture and sound, which to me is a very interesting aesthetic, though certainly not for everyone.
When a low budget 1970s or early 1980s movie (made with 16mm) was transferred to videotape, that was made via the telecine method.
The 16mm film would have analog noise, crackling, hissing and popping akin to the sound of vinyl records. The 16mm film would also have faded colors, high contrast, red and cyan tinting, scratches, grain, dirt, hair, slight blurring, gate weave (telecine wobble) and dust. When the movie film is transferred to videotape, the sound and picture quality is worse.
Thanks to the digital age, the 16mm film can be scanned frame by frame into a computer rather than pointing the camera lens to a white projection screen in a dark room and recording the projected picture to a videotape. It's a lot like the cam-rip technique that is done today, which is very amateurish.
The modern scanning method is superior because it keeps the picture relatively stable and maybe sharper than if one were to use the old telecine method.
    Good video, nonetheless.

You should make a TH-cam video on this or something you’re very educated on this topic!

I'm pretty sure this is just a frozen still (pause) of a vhs tape. Most old 16mm films don't have sound on the film itself, it was usually, but not always, recorded separately.

FYI, if you wanna take out the 'tone' of this noise and just have it be more neutral sounding, a sharp notch at exactly 177hz turned way down will do the trick.
