I would make at least 2-3 days in advance but not more that 1 week because they need to sit out to harden but not long enough for the colors to start to fade or change.
Can you make a video with how to make fondant with just marshmallow & icing sugar?...I'm getting difficulties in making the fondant in making the letters...the letters not coming out perfect unless I freeze it a little

What are you using to “glue” the fondant ? Sorry I donde know anything about fondant but I just bought the molds lol
Royal icing to glue fondant to the cookie.
Piping gel to glue fondant to fondant.

when you let them sit over night are the covered? or do they just sit on countertop? i’ve read you can put them in the oven with just the light on
In the oven or just on a cookie sheet light covered. Not sealed airtight.
