First off I want to say thank you for choosing my deck and playing it. It's an honor to see it on your channel and getting shared with the rest of the community. As the co-creator and original pilot of this deck there's a few things I should point out: - Snow White package - It isn't super key to the deck, but adds consistency as it allows Namaari some breathing room and her reanimate ability makes Protect Beast a problem card. - The deck hasn't really needed extra Bodyguards outside of Namaari. Namaari is really the only bodyguard the deck needs as Protect Beast says she has 12 Willpower. - Rapunzel is absolutely nuts with Protect Beast. The meta usually gets around Rapunzel by just one-shot a character, but it's so hard to do against Protect Beast. She draws 3 cards 90% of the time. - Lantern helps bring the combo on line by turn 4. The deck just doesn't lose if this happens. You simply bully every card your opponent plays to the board while every turn you're playing a threat that can safely quest. - World's Greatest Criminal Mastermind combo'd with The Queen - Commanding Presence snipes anything on the board (assuming it doesn't have ward). - Your dream curve is turn 1 Cindy, turn 2 Lantern + 1 drop Queen, turn 3 Namaari, turn 4 Shift Queen (quest with Queen + Namaari Attack) + Ariel/Be Our Guest, turn 5 Protect Beast. - Grand Duke buffs everything (but himself), but the real reason he's in here is him + The Queen - Commanding Presence bumps Namaari to 7 to deal with Stouthearted or just about anything else in the game. - This isn't a meta-destroying deck, but it can sneak some wins in the meta because it has a loose Steelsong shell.
Could you also build a version without the ariel song engine? Not a huge fan of it in this build bc it wants to ramp from 2-4, has too few songs and even criminal mind and be our guest feel like they do too little in this build.
@@VORTEX___ sure you could not play Ariel. I wouldn't recommend it though. She's the better singing option. Also when your deck relies on multiple characters as combo pieces, be our guest is very good for digging for the piece you don't have
Use the shift Queen to buff an opponent's character +4 (they must have 2 characters in play) - and play World's Greatest Criminal Mond on the buffed character
I've done this in a constructed event early this season to take out their big tink to turn the tides for a win. Felt great figuring out the puzzle. Lol.
12:45 you actually could play both cards. Arielle is SInger 5 so she could've sang Grab Your Sword, and then you could've played Let The Storm Rage On on little Tink wiping his board :D
I'm ngl this deck was really impressive. Between the namaari, beast (both of them) and the Queen you can seriously pack a punch. Also, grand duke coming in for that cherry on top in damage is just too good when you get it all out. As a steel/amber user since the beginning, I can only hope these decks have more variations.
I think there is a good potential for the deck but it definitely pick dependent. The first match was a good example of longevity against something as punishing as continuous discard but there were picks like taking out John and losing card draw on both beast rather than trading with Donald and saving beast for 1 more turn of draw vs letting tink get her value from both. Obviously it doesn't matter because you punished their board and won but I think that's the main trick here. Choosing your picks and banking on protecting beast until your hand can fill up a little more. Loved the game play! def gonna mess around with the combo since anything away from just songs is always welcomed is the dried up meta lol.
I like the design behind Namaari and Protect Beast and the other tech cards but if you want to win vs discard, you can just draw grab your swords or 2 tinker bell and you just won instantly.
This deck is such a sick take on Amber / Steel Song. The interaction between Beast Tragic Hero and Beast Selfless Protector was really nice. My only adjustment would be to see more songs in it for the sake of Ariel and Cinderella. Hope to see more content on this deck in the future!
I’ve been using Namaari in Ruby/Steel and even without the Queen buffs she’s been very handy in picking off discard characters like Bucky or John, or important lore getters for aggro like Pinocchio and Maleficent/Lilo.
I'd like to see another buff option added to up the chance of making namaari do better damage. banking on her wrecking boards is needed imo to justify having her rather than something else that doesn't need support and is inkable

Yea, Simba doesn't add much to the deck. The Healing from lil Snow White works in conjuction with Namaari constantly fighting characters and then big Snow White Reanimates dead Namaari's, but even more devastating is she reanimates dead Protect Beasts. Protect Beast is already a pain in the ass to get through, imagine what it feels like to have one ready to play immediately the turn after it dies.
He's for sure slept on. This deck wouldn't be worth running if he didn't exist. Paired up with Snow White to reanimate every time he dies he's just a brick wall.

I like most of the cards in this deck. Haven't used Namaari, so I feel like I can't judge it without trying it first.

I love Naamari I have been looking for a deck that uses her well! I feel this deck is strong for sure! Combo with Queen is "chefs kiss"
never though of Namaari being that strong, but being able to take out the discard engine is huge

This deck is interesting. I like the combo play of boosting Namaari's power with with Queen or characters with Support.
This deck is really strong in power and I like how it has really good synergy with namaari.

Cool deck overall! I feel like it's an interesting take on steel song without being quite as "meta." Seems strong into some matchups id imagine!
I like it, and think its a great combo if you play the Cards right. Feels like you can get stuck thow if you don't get the card draw

I’ve been wanting to use Namarri for a while now and wasn’t sure how to add her. I feel this is a strong deck and like The Queen/Namaari combo!
At around 39 minute mark, should have the Cinderella been played unshifted? What was the rationale for this shift?

Yea, Simba doesn't add much to the deck. I think this deck seems strong. I might edit it a bit and try it out. Feel like that selfless protector beast is slept on.
I also feel like Sad Boy Beast would work really well with Pick a Fight when he is damaged and gets 7 strength.
