Introduction NegaScott is Scott Pilgrim's past mistakes,and presumably Scott made so many mistakes before,it's possible that NegaScott is a bit stronger than him. But in the end,NegaScott is still Scott's past mistakes,and when Scott accepted it,he was infused with him,preventing NegaScott from harming him or anyone else now Evil Ryu is still Ryu,but was controlled by the Satsui No Hado...Since Ryu is really capable of defeating some opponents,he doesn't really relies on the Satsui No Hado's power,unless if he's overwhelmed with its power. 2. Feats. NegaScott is Scott Pilgrim's past mistakes,and he's probably a bit stronger than him because Scott has made many mistakes before. Scott's most durable feat is surviving a fall from the stratosphere and getting thrown in the Casa Loma,but he was killed by getting stabbed in the heart. Being Scott Pilgrim physics if Scott can survive that,so does NegaScott Ryu survived the Gigaton punch,which is strong enough to crush an Elephant's skull and when Akuma punched an island so hard that it exploded to smithereens,Ryu survived the explosion and the chaos and was left floating in water still conscious. Evil Ryu is more than capable to survive that since he's basically Ryu but with the Satsui No Hado,and Akuma is a Satsui No Hado master himself. Plus Ryu was punched through the chest and he still continued the fight like nothing happened 3. Conclusion NegaScott's fatal combos and many possible movesets allows him to be a more complex fighter,being a Scott Pilgrim character he is...but Ryu has survived more than anything Scott Pilgrim has tanked,and it can be said to be the same with NegaScott and Evil Ryu The winner is Evil Ryu
