Great video!! I’m from the south but currently live in Maine and I’m using TH-cam to learn as much about potential colleges before tours open back up after the pandemic. A big deciding factor for me is if the college has strong school spirit and the feeling of a southern community. I was hoping your video could show me if UVA had this or not. The video only shows your life and no interaction with other students so it does actually show what life is like at UVA, and instead only a very limited view of your individual life. I do not mean to come across negative because I did enjoy the video and you seem lovely, I was just simply looking forward to learning more than the names of some of the buildings and I was let down.
I'm going to be honest here because I think in the long-run my advice will help you. I seriously think you should only do gender studies if it is a required class or something like that because gender studies is not a viable major in the job market. It is hard to get a good-paying job with said major, let alone BECAUSE OF that major. I suggest trying to major in STEM or Psychology if possible.
