to adlust the speed click on no 300 the no near the curent fram no, a table will open with each fram and its speed, uncheck uniform speed tab and select the fram u want, re-enter the acceleration 0.1 is the least 10 is the fastest. and for the whole video adjust no of frams/second 1 is the least 120 is the fastest you will notice that is the total time of the video while exporting
