I just found a 68 Allison from Fla Frame eat up But the body is Great, Found a frame and it needs this show job . Amazing work. I wish I had gone to college then we could pay for your work. Keep it up dudes. Georgia mad Mike loves it. I need to win beam
Does anyone have any tips for killing rust in the tunnel and keeping it from returning without cutting it open? Obviously, you wouldn't want something that you would be able to smell when driving. There is cavity spray, and I just don't know if that would gum up the shift rod. Also, do any of you pour anything into already installed heater channels to prevent rust?
I have a Allison Daytona fiberglass buggy body...made in a factory somewhere near Fresno...not a Manx. Will the shortenned pans work with my buggy body?
Brilliant result. Should breeze through New South Wales approval now. And that's saying something. Why not add the coolant tubes through the pan too? Logistics? Hmmmm.
This has got to be the best work ever done to a Vw pan.
Look up right stuff ghia , he made a billet aluminium chassis TH-cam chris addington
That's so cool that someone makes pre shortened pan halves. So clean.
That thing is sick...excellent work my friend.
Beautiful workmanship Pete, you are a true craftsman!!
So pretty. Thanks for showing the welding process.
That is one sweet pan! Hope your customer is going to build it on TH-cam!
I'm in for the Ultimate Beam win! Thanks!
Very nice pan halves. Never heard of those guys before, but really nice stuff.

Ok 👌🏻
Pete, great job! Could you eventually do a video on making that jig that you use to hold the pan?
Looks awesome Pete!
Art & Wonder! Too bad so little of that magic will show when the car is done.
I haven't seen that pneumatic tool before, that punched the holes. Very cool. What do they call that, and where did you buy yours?
Please see the description Andrig.
Another great looking job. Do you seam seal after powder coat or do you not have to seam seal because powder coat seals it?
The powder coat will seal it up.
👍
I just acquired a 69 beetle. I'm going to definitely need to replace the pans. Does this company have a full version of pans as well then?
Donde consigo los plafones para los pisos para un buggy esa misma medida
Where did you get the rear pan supports? I’m having a hard time finding them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you. Calling them in the morning.
What is the length of the flat out custom shorten pans from front to back?

If the pan has been shortened, yes.

Space and heat resonating in the cabin. We came up with a clever way to get the water down the chassis, should be pretty trick.
So no e-brake?
Correct.
Too bad the coolness is on bottom!
I'm sorry but you gotta kill the music.
We have toned it down as we have uploaded. Thx vrother
I bought a set of FOC pans from Airkewld and it is top notch , so happy about the purchase
