You need a Strawberry huller....you won't waste so much of the fruit as it just pulls out the green stem and a little of the white portion.....nicer presentation

I wouldn't use the first can opener option because it's way too big and bulky. I don't have room for that. It's also too much effort. It's faster and more convenient to use the under cabinet device.

I love the idea of the counter protector! Every time I cut pickled beets the juice never fails landing on the granite. Definitely going to save this to my Amazon list!

For opening a jar stick a spoon or knife under the lip of the lid and pry it a little until the seal pops. Easy peasy. There is also a little tool that does that for you as well. Also a rubber gripper helps.

You should try out the cooking oil container that you fill with your own olive oil, and then it either can pour out or spray onto your pan instead of having to have a spray aerosol can of Pam.
I wish those strainers had two removable pieces. Where you could soak your fruit for the 10-20 minutes. Slide out the solid piece, and then it would drain. Would be so much more handy.
What kinda of paring knife were you cutting the fruit with?

Great items from Amazon.I've had a rubber lid to put over pots for years. from Pampered Chef and yes they work.We do have a fire blanket and did have to use it once on our stove.Highly recommend those.

You will love the JAWS line. Been using them since 2019-2020 and can’t say enough about them. Hope you like them.
Old wives trick, a long wooden spoon placed across the pot from one side to the other will stop a pot from boiling over. You can line the handle up with the handle of the pot so it doesn’t get too hot to pick up when you need to stir. 😉

That 1st item is made of diatomite stone. It’s not waterproof but absorbs water quickly so you don’t have to wipe that soap area as often.

I only use a paring knife for berries. They are not sharp, do the job and i can slice right in my hand. No need for a cutting board….but I do wish that glass cutting board had a curved edge or no edge.

Yes their cleanser will work on a stainless steel sink. Just don’t use a sponge that would scratch the sink and you can use a glass cleaner after to give it a shine

When I have to thaw meat in water I put a pan in the sink put water in it and the meat then take a glass oven pan and put water in it on top of the meat and sometimes it’s a balancing act. That Thaw Claw might be VERY useful. Save me from having to wash a glass oven dish. They can start getting heavy as you get older.

It has clear tabs you can put on the bottom so it won’t slide around.
get a defrost plate (they are rectangle & Black Metal)! My MIL got me one for xmas 30 years ago & I buy them as gifts for everyone. It will thaw anything out SUPER FAST!!!
Isn’t your see a what do they call it a rock something type of sink? And if it is, you’re supposed to use a special polish cleaner in it because I know I own one of those. My question is is the jaws the same type of polish cleaner as what they recommend for you to use in those type of sinks?and if so, I’ll do a comparison because the Kohler clean/polish is not cheap for about half the size of the jaws. I think it’s about the same price for only one bottle so would be cheaper is what I’m getting at.
It's called a granite composite sink and yes the JAWS polish cleaner is compatible and a great cleaner for this type of material. Hope this helps

It has a similar texture. I’ve had more success with JAWS over Bar Keepers but they both work great

Never, never, never thaw stuff with warm/hot water. Believe it or not, running cold water thaws things out faster. If you use warm/hot water, you'll start to "cook" whatever you're trying to thaw. You can coat the rim of your pot with oil and it will keep pots from boiling over. Also laying a wooden spoon across the pot works too.
