Godly discipline starts with understanding the fear of the Lord... which is the beginning of wisdom.
Our Father in heaven loves us. His Word is our reproof, rebuke and exhortation
‭2 Timothy 3:16-17 KJV‬
[16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: [17] that the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
As a woman of God let's be EXCITED about growing and being refined. As uncomfortable (as it often is) to be corrected... it's eternally worth it.
It's so much easier to have a home full of peace (instead of in pieces) when we are humble before God ... you'll notice the discipline in your home will become more fruitful when you submit to it yourself under God and your husband. A beautiful flow on effect.
Friendships can benefit from this too.
